Reactive & 24/7
Call Out Service
Our call out service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year providing the reassurance that help is quickly available should an emergency arise. Depending on the nature of your call out, we can have an engineer within you within as little as two hours for emergencies.
During normal working hours every client has their own dedicated Customer Care Team who can be reached via email or phone to assist with any requests. For out-of-hours, call notification is provided immediately to the duty team including immediate communication to our management.
To make it easier for you to contact us, there is a single centralised telephone number available at all times. Additionally, we provide you with contact numbers of our senior management.
